Our "little sparkler" wishing you a Happy Fourth of July!Damien and I decided to take Isabelle to her first fireworks show. We went to Tigard High School to watch the Cook Park fireworks. We can usually see the Cook Park fireworks from our house. We didn't know what to expect, so we were a little unprepared. We got there as the gates opened and staked out our spot in the field. The event had clowns, Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue (who were on call), Tigard Police, concessions, and the Tualatin Valley Community Band.
Isabelle loved sitting in the Tigard Police Mobile Response van. She also loved dancing to the music the band performed. What Isabelle didn't like were the fireworks! Below are pictures from our evening.
