Today Damien and I took Isabelle to see Dr. Dahl. Isabelle weighed in at 13 pounds 14.6 ounces and is in the 60th percentile for her weight. She is now 26 inches long and that puts her into the 97th percentile for length. Her head circumference is 401/2 centimeters which is also good. Isabelle received her second round of DTAP, IPV, HepB, and Prevnar shots. She cried a little as Dr. Dahl gave her the shots. Dr. Dahl was impressed with how Isabelle rolls over, lifts her head, sits up (kind of), and how happy she is (prior to getting the shots). We discussed introducing rice cereal at about 51/2 months and at her 6 month appointment discuss introducing solid food. Overall, Isabelle received another A+ from the doctor.

Four Month Doctor Visit Report
