Yesterday, Grampa Vern arrived with Strider (his chocolate lab) to meet Isabelle (and help Damien with the pond). Strider sniffed all the baby paraphernalia and didn't give Isabelle "kisses" until a little later on. Hopefully with Vern's pond building experience, we can get our pond up and running soon. The poor fish have been cooped up in a pre-formed 125 gallon pond which is sitting on the concrete patio. Damien and Vern worked on the pond all afternoon and made more trips to Home Depot.

Meet Grampa Vern
Yesterday, Grampa Vern arrived with Strider (his chocolate lab) to meet Isabelle (and help Damien with the pond).
