Trip to the Pearl District

Today Isabelle and I ventured out in the torrential rain storm to go meet some other moms and their kids. We all met at Sip and Krantz in the Pearl District in downtown Portland. Sip and Krantz is a really nice coffee shop which has a great play room for kids. When we arrived, about half the restaurant was full of kids and moms. It's nice to have these "kid friendly" places to go to. Luckily by the time we parked, the rain had let up just enough to walk from the car to the restaurant. We had a nice time visiting and it was nice to get out for a little bit.
